We have over 8000 modern fiction and non fiction texts covering all areas of the curriculum.  Daily newspapers (Telegraph and Evening Mail), magazines (Times Ed), DVD's, revision guides and CD's are also available.

The reference section is a well stocked and useful resource.  A Careers and Staff Development Library contain up to date information for staff and pupils.

Project collections can be ordered from County to support curriculum areas and displays are changed regularly to reflect work in progress..

The Library can come to you!  Identify a collection of texts which would be useful in your area and the Librarian will deliver them to your room for the time you need them.

There are 15 networked computers and 15 laptops which can be booked.  Computers are available to pupils outside lesson times for research, homework, Sam learning and coursework or revision.  No games are allowed and pupils who ignore this rule will be asked to leave.

A widescreen TV can be used to show films or be linked to a laptop.  A small TV can be used by individuals or groups.

A video camera and tripod are available and Mr Leslie is happy to help or advise on any film making.
