Welcome from the Head

At Dowdales we strive to enable children to develop their potential to the full and to grow into successful, caring people with lifelong interests. In order to fulfil this aim the school offers a safe, supportive environment within which the emotional, cultural and academic needs of all students are met.

Dowdales is an ambitious school and so we set ourselves challenging objectives. We are committed to providing a world class education for every student and aim to be the best we can be in all that we do.

I am proud to be Headteacher and to work with the staff and students that make Dowdales ‘more than just a school’.
